Does Micron has referral system for opportunities available?

I have applied for many opportunities till date, I am a fresher graduate in IT from Gujarat. I am very much excited to work at Micron in new Plant in Sanand. Till date I have not been able to get any replies from Micron employees regarding referral, so it there any referral system there or not?

I've completed master in nuclear physics and currently working as a FEE(Front End Engineer) in PCB planet company in Gandhinagar. I've applied for the Quality Inspector few days ago but didn't get the any response yet. I'm very eager to be a member of Micron.
