Micron believes and demonstrates core values. Every company has its own core values. But how often do the company demonstrates .... is the difference. Micron in this case has gone an extra mile. They care about each Team Member, their well being, there family well being, TM's aspirations, Career development and Growth. You don't see all these unless the company is there in the market for a long time. But Micron within couple of years has done and shown this. Which is well appreciated.
