Micron also supports employee development by having latest technology courses on Percipio, and Coursera corperate account. Team members (TM) are encouraged to file patents on the ideas, and are even handsomely rewarded for their efforts via Bravo points or Innovation award bonuses which could range upto $3000 per idea which could be materialized into a patent.
