I am B.E student, with an offer at micron. I have plans to study further (Masters). Does Micron support this education?

Micron supports your further education via it’s Academic Advancement Program. This opportunity is available post completion of one year of active service at Micron, it is available for full time employees who have had consistent performance by meeting their expectations. There’s a sponsorship limit for this program, and you’ll be required to work with Micron whilst pursuing your course.

In addition, there are various ways to engage yourself in continuous learning via courses offered by Micron University and Percipio, you can also pursue certifications as a part of Professional Development program. Micron India is comparatively still a new site and they are always introducing new formats to encourage personal and professional growth of an individual.
