After onboarding how long training/KT session will go? Is there any fixed period

Hi Sambhav. I believe that the training period depends on your position.
In Japan where I am based the training for new college graduates is about 6 months. But if you join as an experienced candidate, obviously the training will be shorter. Also, these 6 months are usually for engineers in the manufacturing team...I think it really depends on your position.
For me I am still learning a lot after 4 years...i still consider myself under training :-)
