While in college, I had a keen interest towards HR role. I did my internship in 2nd year to understand more better about the process and also to know if I have the required skillset to make a career in HR. During my journey since the time, I started to work, I realized my strengths and it actually motivated me to pick challenging roles. 2 years back when I was offered campus recruiter role at Micron, which is a new vertical for me, I was very excited. Till date, I am glad to have taken up this opportunity and not only this but all the other companies that I have worked in. All the managers that I had an opportunity to work with, did teach me important lessons that shaped my career and made me what I am today. I think I cannot be enough grateful.
