The biggest challenge has definitely been all the mental stress around covid-19, being confined to our houses once again, which in turn affected my motivation and productivity.
But Micron truly believes in its 'People' value and cares about their Team members. We have been provided with many resources to de-stress and boost our spirits, like activities by ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) & Sports and Recreation teams, counselling sessions for those who need it and many more.
