When you are doing a job for long time, changing can be quite scary because it requires you to step out of your comfort zone.
For me moving to Micron was like that, I had to learn a lot of new things and skills and in 2020 I moved internally, so I had to do this process again.
It is very challenging! But learning something new is also fun and stimulating. But life is the same, no? The only certain thing is that things keep changing, we need to adapt!
