What do you expect from your future colleagues who might join your team?

For me I would say that I expect a future colleague to have an open mind, as there are a lot of things we all have to learn every single day. I would also say respect and inclusivity. Sometimes we might have questions but because we are scared of feeling judged we might not asking in the end. I want to avoid that kind of situations, and I hope my future team members will think the same.

Personally for me, beyond the technical stuff, I would love to have a colleague who is candid and loves collaboration.
