I joined Micron as a New College Graduate in July 2020. As a fresher, the only expectation was to gain domain and technical knowledge in a prescribed amount of time under the guidance of mentors and colleagues. These trainings facilitated my transition from campus to corporate, simultaneously work was allocated on the basis of bandwidth and understanding.
Today, I deploy software solutions in the form of enhancements, fixes to create better business user experience. The goal is to deliver optimal solutions with zero or minimal bugs for smooth business usage.
