Micron has 10 ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) to support various underrepresented groups. MWLN (Micron Women's Leadership Network) is one such ERG that focuses on building Women leaders and providing various opportunities to enhance their skill set.
MWLN has launched various initiatives like Women in Tech , Women in Semiconductor Hardware, and many others to help in this aspect
