Tell me some stories of things your company does to make LGBT employees feel at ease at work?

In my limited professional experience of 4 years, I feel Micron has taken more efforts in raising awareness about these topics than most others that I have worked with. Initially like me, I guess most of the people are unaware of the gender diversity, orientations and identities. To be honest, I wasn't even aware what pronouns or gender neutral actually meant, but Micron's Employee Onboarding training and support groups have have helped me know about these topics which till now were alien to me. Today I am proud to say that due to Micron's role in raising awareness, I am proud to call myself an Ally.
