Lead Information Security Analyst
The work culture and the level of exposure to Cyber Security domain is great. We get to work on so many different projects complemented with hands-on experience on various tools and technologies. Also, there is a good level of collaboration among different teams in Global Security and in IT as well, hence, the learning curve is high.
I also like the performance rating system which ensures everyone is rated fairly, without any biases.
