What do you think is unique about working here?

You know, I think that working in a company is pretty much like getting married. In fact if you do not like each other there is no point in spending every day 8-10 or even more hours together.
After a some years of work in a few different companies I believe I found my place at Micron: here people are heard are respected for who they are and things such as your gender, your religion or your language do not matter. For instance, one of the company I used to work for in the past did not allow men to have beard, and they had a very strict dressing code, and there I never felt I was expressing myself.

The X-factor about Micron is the work culture. People are respected and heard. More process driven at each step to make sure design comes out clean and works the first time.
