Hi Challa. Yes, you can change your job within Micron. That option is available after one year you are in your current function and, like any other job application, you have to send your resume and having an interview with the new manager. If you pass the selection and interview you can move to the next job...even within the talent acquisition team we have many people who used to be engineers before. I also joined as a recruiter, and moved a couple of years ago!
