Masters from Arizona State University to Managing diverse team in IT

During my Masters I was given an opportunity for interning with a semi conductor industry. It was a great start to my career. I had few very well versed Mentors who helped me with some of the goals and objectives that help me grow in my career. They always encouraged me to have attention to detail and help me develop a mindset to do effective time management. I love to take up new challenges and taking risks was always my forte. That helped me to explore various areas and build my expertise in a diverse backgrounds. Being a team player and helping colleagues and learning from them is a critical aspect that helps us build the trust and in turn helps us grow. I moved multiple teams within the company from Software engineering teams to IT, supply chain, sales and manufacturing. Every team brought me a great knowledge and helped me grow.
