We focus a lot on having a work life integration within Micron, we encourage all employees to block their calendars so they can separate out the work hours from personal time. Given COVID and remote working environment it is very important to block for personal time. In my role I do the same and connect with Global counterparts in a specified time so I can have a balanced work and life.
