We encourage all TMs to speak up in team discussions iregardless their tenure and experience level. Along with that we have various platforms in which the Team members can voice out their ideas like innovation, ideation, community of practice and several other events that we conduct across teams like ideation contest, implementation/hackathon contests etc.
