Hi There!!! Organizing your workload is an expertise which we develop over a period of time. Initially you start with the Critical stuff first then go with the normal routine... once you get a good understanding and grip on your deliverables you plan your day accordingly. There are multiple ways you may look to organize your workload so that you attend all your tasks. You need to look for opportunities which can make your work efficient and resourceful.. Automate few things, delegate few things, focus on few things, etc.,
