What metrics does Micron uses to asses the performance? What are the expectation from a 3 year experience hire.

Hi Tafizur, Good morning!!! thanks for your question. Micron has clear metrics agreed during the start of the year for each one of the TM to assess their performance. You would be measured on those. The Goals vary from Process to Process and all roll up to the Organization Goal which we All have to meet and achieve.

Hi Tafizur, we have a global model which clearly specifies responsibilities and expectations for each job level.
For performance review, this global documentation is referenced and the employee is rated fairly as per the work accomplished by them in that fiscal year. The expectations majorly depend on the respective job level of the employee.
