How is work life balance in Micron? Do we work onsite offshore model in Micron?

Hi Trinadh. To be very honest with you I think that work life balance is not a benefit, but something you have to create by yourself. In the beginning is difficult, because you need to learn new programs, new softwares, new people etc...but with time you can improve and something that took you 1 hour before can be done in 30 min, for example. That is how you create your work life balance.

I can tell you for sure that we do NOT want our team members to burn out, so we promote a healthy life style. And as we are doing manufacturing, the factories run 24/7, which means that in the production site there must be someone always. However, for other jobs we have a hybrid system right now, so you are required to be at the office 2-3 days a week, and the remaining days you can work from home.

Actually I am based in Japan, but I believe that this rule applies pretty much in any other country, including India
