Micron has a lot of initiatives to support work life balance, few to mention are: Great emphasis on Well being of employees, keep a track on meeting hrs, connect employees via ERG(Employee resource Groups),Micron universities having a lot of emphasis of employee development from education perspective, learning new skills, persuing personal interest
