Do we get the chance to work under different functions at Micron?

Hello Veer, there are tons of opportunities to switch between fields at Micron. I myself was able to switch path within an year of joining. From my experience, the most important thing was showing interest and connecting with people in the field. Everyone is always ready to help out and share knowledge.

That's really great, also can you tell about the work life balance and work culture at Micron?

From my experience it's been great. Your manager is usually your main point-of-contact and you can always talk to them regarding any concerns you have.

Is the working style, hybrid or completely on site?

It is usually a hybrid model, but it depends on your team and your manager. You can always discuss with them and they'll do their best to accommodate your requests.

Hi Veer. Same here. I also think that the culture is great, very open and we want people to bring their real self to the office every day! therefore we have Employees Resources Group (ERG), which are employee-led and volunteer driven groups centered around shared identities or experiences...for example Micron Women's Leadership Network, PRIDE, Micron Young Professionals etc

Also, yes, is possible to change function within Micron. I joined in 2018 as a recruiter in Japan, and now I am doing Talent Branding, which is under the same umbrella, but a very different function
