I strongly believe there is no limit to learning and that there should be consistency in constantly attempting to improve one's knowledge in preferred domains. Having a growth mindset as well helps a long way; even with setbacks and bumps in the road, being optimistic and having the will to progress would definitely make the breakthrough.

What do you like about your job and the company?
Micron strongly believes in it's core values, and demonstrates them from time to time, 'people' being one of them. Micron constantly encourages and celebrates its people through recognitions and rewards. The fact that I work with a supportive team makes work much smoother Joining Micron Young Professionals ERG, India chapter and being on the steering committee of the Culture pillar has facilitated great networking opportunities for me apart from work and organizing events at the MOI level was indeed one of a kind experience.

To a future team member at Micron, the most important career advice I would give, is to constantly keep learning and to never be afraid of failures. If you can learn from the past failures and always keep improving, then there will be no obstacles tor you to achieve a glowing career. Micron encourages employees to experiment and fail, but fail fast and learn quick!! In a technical and engineering organization like Micron, it is of utmost importance that you keep in touch with your core area of specialization. You do this by making maximal use of the company sponsored resources to advance your learning, and by reading about new technology and innovation in your field. Areas like Data Science are rapidly evolving everyday, and its in our and the company's best interests to always keep upskilling. This becomes more relevant keeping in mind that the semi-conductor business that Micron is in, is highly competitive. If we dont catch up with the market, then someone else already has!! Another advise will be to recognize opportunities to showcase your strengths. Sometimes, these opportunities will come in the form of obstacles. Grab these moments and make them work for you. Take initiative to build your career from strength to strength, do not depend on someone else to walk your career.
