During my engineering days itself, i was more inclined to subject related people, organizational behavior. Worked as a technical support executive before moving to talent acquisition only because of love towards people team and be part of organization's success by hiring top diverse talent. After working almost 4 years in an IT company as a recruiter , moved to Micron as talent advisor.

As part of global talent acquisition team member here in Micron, my role revolves around hiring and hiring top diverse talent for Micron India. My role involves understanding of outside talent market and hire as per Micron's need while also making sure to show potential candidates a path for success in a newer role. Strategic hiring is key to success for any organization and i thrive here to make it happen on my day to day basis in Micron.
