Please tell me about the training when you first joined?

When I joined Micron, I was first placed in a detailed induction program. Then I went through managerial specific trainings where in I was given deep insights on Micron's culture and business ethics. After that I was giving training on Micron's hiring practices. Since semiconductor manufacturing area was a new domain to me, I was also given domain specific trainings. So when you join micron, you will be given excellent trainings to enable you succeed in your role. Apart from all the trainings, my TM's were of great support to me and learning on the job has been wonderful.
