Do we have the flexibility to switch between fields like for exampke a person with two major streams in his or her education will they provided an oppurtunity to shift to the other careers based on their other stream of stuies after one to years of working in a particular stream ?

Hello Nitheesha, as Jhansi mentioned, there are tons of opportunities to switch between fields at Micron. I myself was able to switch path within a year of joining. From my experience, the most important thing was showing interest and connecting with people in the field. Everyone is always ready to help out and share knowledge.

Same here. I joined Micron in 2018 as a college recruiter, and now I work as Talent Brand Program Manager. Being able to switch your career is actually great, I have not seen this opportunity in any of the companies i worked before
