What's the culture in terms of diversity?

Often, when I’m asked what I love about Micron, I usually respond that it is the “Inclusion Culture”. It’s a highly collaborative environment that empowers your individual self, accepts your inputs and places great value on you as a unique person.

We are still growing to accommodate diversity in terms of gender, generation, ability, sexual orientation, region, language, religion, caste, etc. This is definitely a dynamic journey and Micron is doing great so far by understanding and implementing needs and wants of individuals.
