Definitely the diversity! As I work with different countries in different time zones I have the chance to talk to many people from different backgrounds every single day. For example, this morning I had a meeting with my team in the US. At noon we had a live chat here on Pathmotion for Singapore and Malaysia, and later today I will have a meeting with India and Italy and at the same time I am chatting with team members in Japan. For me having the chance to learn from all these people is priceless, and I love it! :-)
