Hello Veera. At Micron we do believe in growth mindset. As long as you are willing to learn new things and challenge yourself, the limit is the sky!
For example, I joined Micron 6 years ago in the Talent Acquisition team in Japan. after a couple of years i changed internally to another team and now i am studying for my master degree while working...again, if you like challenges and want to improve your skills Micron is definitely a great place to be!
