What training is provided for newly-hired graduates?

All our new college graduates go through a wide variety of learning starting with a one week long Micron Assimilation Program which encompasses Micron Culture, Business Awareness, Product Portfolio, Leadership Interactions, Campus to Corporate, Financial Awareness, Code of Conduct, DEI, Lab Tour and several other activities to engage. Post the week 1 Induction they are then put into various Technology relates bootcamps that are spread across next 4-5 weeks. The contents of the training depend on the team they will belong to.
