What training is provided for newly-hired graduates?

On-boarding check list is maintained across projects which has list of trainings to be completed with all newly joined team mates along with this Micron specific trainings are to be finished.
The contents of the training depends on the team you will belong to (for instance, a person who will join the accounting team will need a different training from a person in the IT team), but we designed this comprehensive program so that in a few months even a person with no job experience will be able to work indipendently.
