What do you like about your job and the company?
Every use case we tackle is very different and requires thinking from a different perspective. I really enjoy that and love trying to solve complex problems by simplifying them into smaller pieces. I also have a great mentor here who helps me with any questions I have
Greatest achievements
I completely automated 2 ticket categories that the CSES team used to receive. There were the VSCAN client infection tickets and the PKI certificate renewal tickets. There were heavily manual effort requiring tickets and after these automations, our team saves over 100 man hours monthly.

I strongly believe there is no limit to learning and that there should be consistency in constantly attempting to improve one's knowledge in preferred domains. Having a growth mindset as well helps a long way; even with setbacks and bumps in the road, being optimistic and having the will to progress would definitely make the breakthrough.
