Onboarding at Micron was full of excitement. My first day at Micron was a full day event starting from 10 AM in morning to 4 PM which covers lots of details like introduction to onboarding team , IT session and session by payroll which clarifies all the queries of any new joiners. There was a buddy assigned to me who helped me in any generic queries during initial days at Micron. I got introduced to my reporting supervisor and then to my team on first day of joining. I felt very welcoming and everyone were kind during my onboarding process.
