As I work with team members in several time zones my typical day usually is something like this:
Early morning: meetings with US about new or ongoing projects.
Late morning - afternoon: meetings with team members in Asia (Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, China, Malaysia, India).
Late afternoon: meetings with Europe.
And in between them I keep working on existing projects / receive new tasks / think about how to be more efficient.
