There is a set training for all the college grads that join Micron. There is a common training for all department grads that will include Micron awareness, policies, HR, and soft skills. Additionally, depending on the department you join in there would be a couple of weeks of department level training and on the job training with the mentor assigned. At the end there would be a project to apply whats being learned.
