Why companies not give feedback or response to freshers students application for apply any role or intern ?

am ece final year student i have interest in hardware side and i have 3 year diploma in cse. i try to grab industrial experience and training whatever i can and build a great resume and apply in lots of fields but no get any response and feedback of my applications why ? if we not get any experience After graduation we have to go in different fields because intrest field we cannot enter without any experience
