What is the work-life balance like in your role?

Our work life and personal life is quite balanced. We have not faced any issue in this regard from more than a year as the organization has taken measures to address this concern among few teams by hiring more team members, by adopting better strategies at planning in load sharing etc. The company seldom demands your presence after office hours. Meetings after office hours are sometimes inevitable in case the counterparts are at different geographical locations/work at different time zones.
