Work life balance is key to individual growth and success in professional and personal like and Micron is really committed to work like balance of each individuals. For me particularly, i try to manage my day well in advance and move to task after completion of one.. Even global team meeting are planned keeping in mind your work timings. Soon my team will be going into a hybrid model of working certain days at office and rest of days from home. I try to take a break for at least 5 to 10 minutes in every 2 hours or after a long brainstorming session and try to avoid talking about work at home after the day's work
