There are certain trainings which are mandatory to every Micron Employee, which they need to complete via the employee portal. These trainings may include Code of Conduct, Privacy, IT Infrastructure, Internal Tools and many others. The other trainings which are based on the specific business requirement/job roles depends on the team which the employee is joining, and is completely based on the team's discretion.
