What is the work-life balance like in your role?

There is a lot of focus on ensuring that TMs have a good work-life balance at Micron. Our Executive Leadership ensured that TMs have a good balance especially during the pandemic when a lot of meetings were being scheduled. Team members are empowered to decline meetings where their presence would not be necessary and/or where agenda is not relevant for the team member.
As a pricing analyst, a lot of my meetings happen during the evening hours since I collaborate with teams in the US. But there is a lot of flexibility as to when I start my day in such scenarios.
