Additional information

It means the long-term goal is pursuing a master's and the short-term goal is doing some certification course without altering the work assigned by the superiors!

This is a very good question. Personally i am doing a master degree while working and sometime is being very challenging. To be honest i dont think that work life balance is a benefit that an organization can provide, but is about your time management skills...but i would be delighted to share my experience with you, if needed! :-)

Is it possible to do master's and work both at a time?

Hi Venkata. Yes, it is very possible. As mentioned i am doing a master degree at the university of Glasgow (distance learning). Nowadays we have these possibilities that allow us to manage our time as we want, so I thought it would be a pity not doing it! Usually I study in after work and in the weekends...I wont lie, is being challenging! But that "uncomfortable area" is a very good place to be, because we cant grow just by staying in our comfort zone. I think if you have an objective in mind you can definitely achieve what you are aiming for. It will need some dedication and commitment, but in the end will be very rewarding!
